Artwork Approval Policy
At Gwadd, we take great care in preparing your personalised artwork. To ensure complete accuracy, we provide a proof for your approval before production begins. Please read the following policy carefully, as approval of the proof confirms your acceptance of the design and any potential errors.
Proof Approval Process
A digital proof will be sent to you for review before production.
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check all details, including spelling, dates, colours, sizes, and layout.
Once you approve the proof, production will begin, and no further changes can be made.
Customer Responsibility
By approving the proof, you take full responsibility for any errors or omissions in the design.
We cannot offer refunds, replacements, or reprints for mistakes that were present in the approved proof.
If an error is found after approval but before production has started, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist. However, we cannot guarantee changes once approval has been given.
Production & Printing Variations
Colours may appear differently on screens compared to the final printed product. While we do our best to match colours as closely as possible, slight variations may occur.
The final product will be based exactly on the approved proof. Any additional modifications after approval may result in additional charges.
