Returns & Refunds policy
At Gwadd, every product is personalised and made to order with care. Due to the bespoke nature of our items, we are unable to accept refunds or returns once production has begun.
Cancellations & Refunds
As most orders go into production immediately, we generally cannot offer cancellations or refunds.
If work on your order has not yet started, we may be able to offer a refund at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible to check the status of your order
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and arrange a suitable resolution, such as a replacement.
Artwork approval
Before production, we provide a final proof for your approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and approve the artwork. Once the proof has been accepted, you take full responsibility for any errors or changes, and we cannot offer refunds or replacements for approved designs.

Non-Returnable Items
As all products are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to our error.
